40 year old Boota Masih wanders around the streets of Rawalpindi to collect scrap material. Boota purchases old electronics, metallic items and paper and sells them to scrap yard owners. The street vendor has 10 little children and lives in a mudbrick house. Boota earns a very minimal monthly income and cannot afford to send his children to school. Masih has applied for a loan of $450 to purchase valuable scrap consisting of metallic items in order to earn better and initiate a profit circle.
