48 year old Sheikh Muhammad Shoaib supplies diapers and sanitary pads to several shopkeepers in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Shoaib does not have a warehouse to stock his purchase, he gets them on credit and delivers them to retailers. Shoaib’s profit margin decreases as he purchases stock on credit which diminishes the margin for concession and does not allow him to purchase from a wholesaler of his choice. Sheikh thinks that he can increase his profit by purchasing stock on cash and fulfill his household expenses.
